Booking conditions

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
• The prices listed in the price list are valid for a stay of 7 days or more. For short stays of less than 7 days there is a surcharge of 10%.
• The final cleaning fee of € 200.00 is to be paid on arrival.
• The local tax is not included in the price and is payable on arrival.
• Deposit: 30% of the total amount.
  With the transfer of the deposit the booking is binding. Please transfer the deposit to the following bank account:

• Rental for a maximum of 8 people (children and infants included)
• Our guests have 4 bedrooms at their disposal
• On request, two additional persons can be accommodated (sofa bed), surcharge for additional person per person and day: € 35.00.
• For small children up to 2.99 years as additional persons, a surcharge of € 25.00 per child and day will be charged (from a maximum occupancy of 8 persons). We are happy to provide you with a baby cot and a highchair on request.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount according to the offer will be charged.The exact number of adults and children/infants for a maximum of 8 people must be specified at the time of booking.
• Check-in: from 3.00 pm
• Check out: until 9.00 am
• Access: The key is located in a key box (safe) directly in front of the chalet. We will send you the code for the box before yours.
• Cancellation:
  Because something unforeseen can often happen in life, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
  The following cancellation conditions apply:
  Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: The deposit paid as confirmation will be retained. Otherwise no further cancellation fees will be charged.
  Cancellation within 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
  Cancellation within 14 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
  Cancellation within the last 7 days before arrival: 90 % of the total price
  In case of late arrival or early departure: 100 % of the total price
• Preferred payment methods: Bank transfer on arrival, cash payment (please note the applicable cash limit regulations in Italy), credit card
• Pets: Dogs/pets are allowed on request. € 15.00 per day without food

The prices are per day for the exclusive rental of the entire chalet with an occupancy of up to 8 people (children and infants included) for a minimum stay of 7 days.

For stays of less than 7 days there is a surcharge of 10% (minimum stay: 5 days).

On request, up to 2 additional persons can be accommodated at a price of € 35.00 per person and day for adults and children from 3 years and € 25.00 per person and day for children up to 2.99 years (sofa bed). 

In the periods from 29.06. to 06.09.2024 and from 30.11.2024 to 14.03.2025, the minimum stay is 7 days with arrival and departure on Saturday. In all other periods, the minimum stay is 5 days.
